  • WHAT IS CERAKOTE?
    Cerakote is a ceramic based finish that can be applied to metals, plastics, polymers and wood.   • IF I'M LOCAL, CAN I DROP OFF?
    Yes most definitely! We are by appointment only, so setting an appointment is a must. Email us at sagisico@gmail.com to set one up. We are located at 970 Hanson Ct, Milpitas, two miles from Milpitas City Hall.
  • WHAT PARTS CAN BE COATED WITH CERAKOTE?
    With Cerakote, virtually anything that is not made of rubber or silicon can be coated. However, with firearms we do not coat any critical contact points (sears, safeties, triggers, disconnectors, etc.), aftermarket match triggers, springs, inside of barrels or chambers. Some springs that are attached permanently to a gun must sometimes be coated. In these instances these spring will be coated, but we will not coat anything that will affect the function of your firearm.
  • WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER ON CERAKOTE WORK?
    Anything that we Cerakote, is covered by our limited lifetime warranty. If your Cerakote finish ever cracks, peels, chips, or breaks because of our workmanship, we will repair or refinish to same color at no cost to you. We cannot cover excessive wear from normal use (i.e. holster marks, blemishes from dropping or abuse, etc.).
  • WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
    Our turnaround time can depend on different factors. The complexity of a project and special ordered colors will affect our turnaround time. Most jobs however, will be completed under 2 weeks of receiving the item. We do our best to keep you in the loop throughout the process. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
  • HOW DO I PAY?
    Payment for services is not due until the project is complete. We will contact you when your project is complete at which time you can pay via cash, credit card, PayPal or Venmo. Payment for products from our webstore is handled through our checkout, you must use a credit card to complete your purchase.
